1. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after receiving full payment or advance payment as agreed upon. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

2. Payment Terms

• Advance payment is required to confirm the booking
• Balance payment must be made before the commencement of the trip
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice

3. Cancellation Policy

• 7 days or more before departure: Full refund (minus processing charges)
• 3-6 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before departure: No refund
• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days

4. Changes and Modifications

Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We will try our best to accommodate reasonable changes but cannot guarantee all modification requests.

5. Vehicle and Driver

• All vehicles are well-maintained and regularly serviced
• Drivers are licensed, experienced, and professional
• Vehicle assignment is subject to availability and group size
• We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate information at the time of booking
• Valid identification documents must be carried during the trip
• Customers must follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by the driver/guide
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer will be charged accordingly

7. Liability

Sri Vinayaka Tours & Travels acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or accident during the trip. Customers are advised to have their own travel insurance.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
